About the Opportunity

This is an on-site job opportunity related to contract life cycle management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work on contract lifecycle management including Creation, amendments, and closure.
  • Provide support on behalf of Procurement Operations for certain commodities and act as an interface and liaison into Strategic Procurement
  • Review operational aspects of vendor contracts to ensure standard terms and conditions are included such as purchase orders, invoicing, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Support various projects with operational impact including implementation of new buying channels.
  • Influence category KPIs such as Purchase Order Compliance, spending against the contract, Buying Channel Adherence, and other category health KPIs for a certain set of spend categories.
  • Work with Strategic Procurement to improve such KPIs.
  • Support Buying Channel selection, as defined by catalog strategy and respective Category Manager(s), which is vital to driving a more compliant organization.
  • Participate in process improvement based on targets, best practices, and outcomes of KPIs and audits.
  • Improve and promote SBO value adds across the bank to increase DB’s acting as the liaison between Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations
  • Work with our internal Operational Insights team to identify opportunities to increase Procurement Enabled Value (PEV)


  • Stakeholder management experience in a mid to large-scale company with global reach
  • Procurement Operations experience and procurement process optimization are a plus.
  • Knowledge in commercial management or vendor/contract management in the financial industry
  • Experience in building strong productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand Contract lifecycle and PR controls.
  • Strong organizational and Communication skills to create a good network to drive change.
