About the Opportunity
Adventum Student Living Pvt Ltd. is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its company secretary management traineeship in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists the Manager / Senior Manager in providing company secretarial matters/FEMA rules and regulations/legal documentation and matters for private companies incorporated in India or outside India.
- Handle a full set of company secretarial documents and activities.
- Prepares resolutions, notices (Board Meetings and General Meetings), and correspondence requirements of the Company for review by the manager.
- Maintains statutory records for the companies.
- Updates and maintain records/information.
- Follows instructions from the Manager and other superiors.
- Handling legal matters related to onboarding vendors and subcontractors for the company at the PAN India level.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualified CS fresher.
