Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting advocates in drafting court documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
- Organizing and managing case files, both digital and physical.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support advocates in case preparation.
- Corresponding with clients, drafting letters, and communicating with opposing advocates.
- Assisting with the filing of various petitions in court.
- Undertaking any other tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be currently enrolled in a 3-year LLB program or a 5-year Hons program.
- Candidate should have excellent time management skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with others in a team.
