Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research in areas as diverse as company law, contract law, intellectual property laws, etc.
- Work with the legal team to draft and review various agreements including business franchise agreements, leave and license agreements, MOU, novation agreements, brand license agreements, software license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, master services agreements, and other commercial and technology-related agreements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing BBA LLB or BA LLB
- Good Legal knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Prior Internship experience(optional)
