Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting services agreements/ lease deeds/ or any other agreement of like nature for adding new properties to the portfolio, conducting due diligence, negotiating and suggesting measures for risk mitigation;
- Conducting research regarding compliances/policies/ laws applicable to the company/ business from time to time;
- Assisting the team in the formation and execution of new legal processes/ SOPs;
- Contract management;
- Assisting in the execution of transaction documents pursuant to any equity/ debt financing rounds; and
- The candidate would also get to work on a plethora of other agreement types, be it finance/ payments solutions related, human resources, marketing or B2B corporate transactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- The ideal candidate would have prior internship experience either in a law firm or a reputed MNC/ Startup and should have a good understanding of both business and law.
- Good communication and contract drafting skills are prerequisites.
- The candidate should be able to identify business risks and suggest steps to mitigate them, should be able to prioritize conflicting assignments, and enjoy working in a team.
Stipend
INR 5,000/- per month
