We work closely with our clients on the entire corporate process cycle for strategic advisory/opinions, licenses, due-diligence, transaction structuring, business growth, M&A, secretarial work and litigation.
Ab Initio works to cover all aspects that are regulatory, procedural and routine including licenses and approvals that are mandatory as per the law and the need to comply with certain statutory compliances.
Role of the Intern

Eligibility
- Candidates with prior internship experience in the field of Company Law, Banking and Finance Laws and laws relating to Mergers & Acquisitions will be preferred.
- Prior experience in Contract Drafting and Management.
