About the Panel Discussion
The Legal Services vertical of the IDIA UP Chapter in collaboration with The Leaflet is organizing a virtual Panel Discussion with Indira Jaising, (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India), Ashish Goel (Advocate, Supreme Court of India) and Dr. Kumar Askand Pandey (Associate Professor of law, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University) as panelists.
The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Samreen Hussain (Assistant Professor of law, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University).
The virtual panel discussion will cover the aspect of Marital Rape, which has been subjected to legal challenges for a long time. The respected panelists, experts in their field, will be answering burning questions on the topic and sharing their valuable opinions and perspectives.
At the end of the session, there will be a query session. This panel discussion would provide an excellent opportunity to understand the issue holistically.
