Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate various commercial agreements to support our B2B and B2C verticals.
- Focus on service agreements, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, advertising, endorsement, marketing agreements, sponsorship agreements, meta partner agreements, loyalty points agreements, payment gateway/ wallet agreements, NDAs, etc.
- Advise businesses on applicable regulatory laws and help build templates for new business offerings.
- Assist in reviewing print, social media, and other media advertisements and marketing communications to ensure legal compliance.
- Provide guidance and assistance on drafting and reviewing different policies and terms and conditions relating to offers, business, and our services.
Eligibility
- BA LLB.
- 5-6 years of experience working on different kinds of commercial transactions
- The role requires the individual to be well-skilled in contract analysis and working knowledge of the fundamental legal provisions of commercial contracts.
- A confident, effective and positive negotiator who can lead the process, focus on important issues, and efficiently bring contracts to a favourable close.
- Ability to provide guidance/interpretation on existing contract provisions.
- High integrity and excellent judgment, supported by a point of view that is thought out and communicated well.
- Demonstrate the ability to think outside the box.
- Should have particular strengths in teamwork (internal & external customers), contract risk/liability assessment, and problem-solving.
- Must also have the interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal clients.
