Roles and Responsibilities
Brief JD: Sound knowledge and experience in corporate laws and allied matters, with a focus on the following:
- corporate restructuring, including working knowledge of IBC
- conducting due diligence across the industry
- effective understanding of SEBI /RBI regulations
- drafting of investment and other commercial contracts
- corporate advisory on varied corporate law and governance matters
