About the Job

Maharashtra Anti-Sexual Harassment Council (ASHC) is working towards the cause of creating awareness about sexual harassment among people and institutions and enabling policy and structural changes in the organisations to create a safe workplace for everyone. 

In the past, we had conducted several panel discussions on essential areas and performed a short survey on the general awareness of the Local Committees. 

We are looking for members committed to spending 4-5 hours per week on council-related work and willing to lead projects independently. 

Please note that this is a volunteer role.

Roles and Responsibilities

n case this interests you and you have one or more of the following skills sets, please write to us with your profile as well as project ideas/topics that you would like to work on as a council member:
• Research / conducting surveys 
• Writing research reports 
• Creating social media posts 
• Creating content/creatives 
• Leading panel discussions/interviews
